I decided to give it another try and this time was way better!!! Chicken was cooked perfectly and scorpion heat was good and spicy. Ngl the first bite of tender was delicious but took my breath away about 10 seconds after I ate it. Delicious! I will be back!

We went here for the first time today and had an amazing experience. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. When we arrived we talked with the worker at the register about it being our first time and she had plenty of great recommendations for us to try. We ordered the cheesy hot chicken sandwich with honey butter chicken, the original chicken sandwich with lemon pepper chicken, and a mild tender. Both sandwiches came with their house french fries. To drink we got a chocolate milkshake and blueberry lavender lemonade. Everything we ordered was fantastic! The chicken sandwiches were incredible, the cheesy chicken sandwich was my favorite and the perfect combination of spicy and sweet. We got the mild chicken tender, which was not spicy but had great flavor! I plan to try the medium next time. The cheese sauce is made in-house daily and was delicious, it had an incredible depth of flavor. The only recommendation I have is that the milkshake was very thick when it came out and took a while to melt before I could drink it through the straw. Once it did melt, however, it was amazing! They had so many fun lemonade varieties to choose from and the blueberry lavender was just the right amount of sweetness. Overall great experience and we will definitely be coming back again soon.

Service was great creamy cheese sauce that you cannot beat you can swap the chicken sandwich buns for a nice cakey waffle that makes a very nice sweet and salty combination. Atmosphere is nice they got a stream playing reactions to their Houston we have a problem chicken there sauces and drinks and so many more. That coleslaw is something you cannot beat if you like Southern Chicken please try Houston's tx hot chicken it is something that will make you say mmm,mmmm over and over again

Super tasty chicken, with a huge kick if you're up for it. I suggest starting with spicy, and work your way up, if you enjoy spicy. I am a spicy enthusiast, however the liftoff had me with goosebumps, sweating, and lips numb. still tasted good. The service was extremely welcoming, both the cashier and food runner, asked about the experience and offered suggestions. Great location, and super clean.

Well I signed the waiver for the hottest sauce and as expected wicked hot. I ate half my chicken tender. The dipping sauce is really good. Before blowing my mouth out I tried a chicken sandwich with the second hottest sauce and it was awesome. I also tried tenders with the 3rd hottest sauce and it was okay. Overall I enjoyed their chicken sandwich and would do that again. If you like hot food you should give the hottest a go, it was fun minus the heartburn.

Tourist from FL; I came upon this place from a tiktok on places to eat in Spokane. I ordered the original hot chicken sandwich with tender meal (15.99) in medium sauce. Very delicious and great portion of food for price! I did find the tender to taste a little spicy but nothing crazy. It came with a dipping sauce (not pictured) that was delicious as well. Staff were friendly. I also did the Yelp checkin for a promo (free cookie) and selected "Cookie Monster" which was really good! (Not pictured) Will definitely be back before my trip to try the waffles & tenders! Not your average chicken fast food. Highly recommend this place!

We went for lunch on a work day so we didn't stay long, but while we were there it was really enjoyable. The inside is really cool! We loved the decor- even the counter where the check stand was is neat! It was like a marble counter that had res lights inside so it lit up. The menus are bright and easy to read as well, which was great. The service: Everyone was wonderful! The young man who took our order was kind and explained everything for us. He was super accommodating. Same goes for the manager. He was just happy! He seemed like he genuinely cared about us (and everyone) enjoying their meal and experience. He made sure we had everything we needed and that everything came out perfect! He even spent time walking around the dining room to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal and to see if they needed anything. He was really great. The food: I got the cheesey hot chicken sandwich, mild, and a chicken tender, medium. All the food was delicious! The fries were even the perfect amount of crispy! My guest that attended the event got the original hot chicken sandwich, spicy, and the chicken tender, spicy. He also enjoyed his meal, but I will say he under estimated the spice level! Haha. He is Hispanic and can usually take the heat (and he did this time as well), but his eyes were sure watering! lol so beware, when they say spicy - they mean spicy! I will definitely going again to try more of the food!!

Update 2/3/24: Ownership/Manager reached out to me, and explained the systemic issue they are having with their online menus in WA and CA. I appreciate the transparency, and will remove the more caustic comments of my previous review... I'm not a fan of reviewing chains, but the next closest one is 400 miles away, so... While your average lunch here will run you in the mid/high-teen$, you do get a satisfying amount and shouldn't leave hungry. I went with their medium heat, and it had a nice clip without overpowering flavors. And the flavors were good. But man-oh-man we all just can't get away from the use of sugar in sauces in this dang country, can we? That said, younger folks will like the set up--with fancy lighting and thumpin' beats. And the youthful staff were all helpful, happy, and seemed to be enjoying working there. I'm glad we tried it, and on a return visit would probably try the next level, heat-wise...

As a fan of Nashville Hot Chicken I was super excited to try this place! First off the staff was super friendly! Secondly, the chicken tenders are cooked really well, cooked through but still very juicy and tender meat. I wanted to try different spice levels so I got the tenders meal with mild, medium and spicy. The heat levels definitely ratchet up with each step but they are all delicious. Not just spicy for the sake of spicy but still have a smoky flavor. Spicy level is definitely as high as I want to go, she was fire enough for me at that level. I usually like spicy food and enjoyed that level...but I'm afraid of the next two levels. Fry sauce is in point and the shake was perfect for taming the fire beast in my mouth! As far as those complaints about the price, no issues here. I will be going back and well worth the price in my opinion!
